Credit cards not accepted at the the door!

If You Order Online...

1. Tickets ordered online must be picked up at the door.
2. We need a phone number or e-mail address to contact you if we encounter questions or issues with your order.
3. Final purchase is made using Google Checkout.
4. Clicking the Checkout button redirects you to the Google Checkout Website.
5. Google Checkout has its own processing system which Hexagon Players has no control over.
6. You must follow Google Checkouts instructions for online credit card purchases.
7. Google Checkout uses secure servers (128-bit encrypted) to complete your purchase.
8. Hexagon charges $0.90 per ticket to cover Google processing fees.
9. WARNING: Once you are at the Google site, do not click the Back button to return to the Hexagon Players order page. This will cause errors in processing.
10. Make sure you print out your Google Checkout receipt (or e-mail confirmation). You will not be able to secure your tickets unless your name is matched to the seats reserved for a performance.
11. Bring your receipt or e-mail confirmation to the door when you pick up your tickets.

Option 2 - Order Tickets Online
All performances are held at the Beard School in Morristown, New Jersey. You can reserve up to 10 seats for a performance by using our Ticketing Wizard. All seats are $20 per person per performance.

Issues When Ordering Tickets Online...
Issues have been reported when ordering tickets online using non-IE (Microsoft Internet Explorer) browsers such as Mozilla FireFox or Apple Safari. We strongly encourage you to use Microsoft Internet Explorer when ordering tickets online via Google checkout.

PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED for tickets purchased online; either the Google Purchase email confirmation, or a printout of the Google Purchase Web page confirmation. You will not be able to secure your tickets unless your name is matched to the seats reserved for a performance.
